How do you judge a restaurant? As my old boss (and now good friend) Anil once told me, you do it through the Caesar salad. If a joint can show care and attention to that simple staple, and get it right, the chances are it's going about its business the right way.


So, obviously, we decided to embark upon a journey to find London's best Caesar salad. We've gone around a bunch of places together, hunting down salads like nobody's business. It seemed the sensible thing to do. Below are the fruits of our labours... THE GREAT CAESAR SALAD SEARCH!!!
